We are the Cowichan Valley Wrestling Club, a non-profit organization that offers wrestling training and coaching to students from grades four to twelve in the Cowichan Valley. We welcome wrestlers of all skill levels, from beginners to champions, and provide a supportive and friendly environment where they can learn, grow and have fun.

Our club has been operating for over 15 years and has become one of the largest and most successful clubs in the province. We have over 100 members, including CVWC wrestlers and school wrestlers from various schools in the valley.  Our club is more than just a sports club. It is a community of persons who share a passion for wrestling and a commitment to excellence.

 

Our club's mission is to promote the sport of wrestling and develop friendships, leadership and self-esteem among youth. We believe that wrestling is a tough and demanding sport that builds character, confidence, discipline and resilience. We also believe that wrestling is a fun and rewarding sport that teaches valuable life skills, such as teamwork, respect, sportsmanship and perseverance.
