
Juniors Program
The Juniors Program is for athletes aged 10–13 (Grades 4 to 7), no prior experience required. Focuses on refining skills, introducing match strategies, and developing physical conditioning for competition.
What Athletes Will Learn:

Intermediate wrestling techniques and strategies

Match rules, scoring, and situational decision-making

Strength, endurance, agility, and overall athletic development

Goal-setting, focus, and mental resilience

Peer leadership and mentorship
Training Experience:
Structured practice sessions with drills, live wrestling, and team-building exercises. Coaches ensure athletes progress safely while developing competitive skills.
