
Seniors Program
The Seniors Program is for athletes aged 13–17 (Grade 8-12), no prior experience required. Seniors compete in both BCWA Club events and BCSS high school competitions. Through the Cowichan Valley partnership, all senior athletes from Cowichan Valley teams train together, creating a high-level collaborative environment.

Training Experience:
Structured sessions combining drills, live wrestling, and team exercises. Coaches provide individualized guidance, and athletes gain exposure to diverse wrestling styles across the Cowichan Valley.
