
FUNdamentals Program
The Fundamentals Program is designed for athletes aged 5–10 (Grade K-3. This program is about introducing young athletes to wrestling in a fun, safe, and positive way. At this stage, the focus is on building confidence, basic movement skills, and a love for the sport. Children will learn to move effectively on the mat, follow instructions, and interact respectfully with teammates and coaches.
What Athletes Will Learn:

Basic wrestling techniques: stance, movement, takedowns, escapes

Body awareness, coordination, balance, and flexibility

Introduction to rules, scoring, and match etiquette

Sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for others

How to participate in safe, friendly matches
Training Experience:
Sessions are highly interactive, with games and drills that develop strength, balance, and agility. Coaches provide individualized attention to ensure every child is learning safely and having fun.

None, This is a low-pressure environment to apply learned skills
